The following is the official code-of-conduct for the Royal Navy. It should also be referred to by the Royal Army, East India Trading Company's Black Guard, and all other militant forces.

Article I - Dress CodeEdit

Section I - Correct DressEdit

Sub-Section I - Sailor/Deckhand/SlaveEdit

  • Bandana (any colour, preferably bright red, or "bright" blue)
  • Swabbie Shirt/Crew Tank
  • Plain basic sash
  • Swab the Deck Trousers/Stowaway Trousers/Potato Sack Trousers/Plain Cotton Highwaters
  • Any crude boots*

*This excludes wallop boots.

Sub-Section II - Cadet to Private First ClassEdit

  • High-Wing Hat
  • Plain Sack Vest (white or otherwise a white-ish colour)
  • Plain Linen Long Sleeve
  • Box Belt
  • Any type of dark highwaters
  • Wallop Boots

Sub-Section III - Corporal to Elite MarineEdit

  • High-Wing Hat
  • Sack Vest (dark gray)
  • Dark Red Linen Long Sleeve
  • Box Belt
  • Any type of dark highwaters
  • Wallop Boots

Sub-Section IV - Sergeant to Senior CaptainEdit

  • Rough Tricorne (old or new)
  • Evening Jacket
  • Sack Vest (any colour)
  • Valentine's Shirt/Plain Linen Long Sleeve
  • Any box belt/Gold Skull Belt/Jolly Bones Belt
  • Any breeches
  • Spur Boots/Error, no name

Sub-Section V - Junior Major to Colonel of the FleetEdit

  • French Tricorne
  • Adventure Coat
  • Sack Vest (any colour, preferably white)
  • Valentine's Shirt/Plain Linen Long Sleeve/Dealer's Shirt

Allowed to wear anything that represents Admiralty.

Section II - Incorrect DressEdit

Sub-Section I - Tattoos and PiercingsEdit

From the rank of Cadet and above, no man is to wear any facial, or seriously exposed tattoos. Furthermore, the only piercings to be ably seen should be an earring.
